Details: Join Chef Giovanni as we celebrate the cuisine of the Veneto region of Italy-the home of Verona (Romeo and Juliet), Venice and Valpolicella. This diverse region tranverses from the Tyrolean border mountains to a famous foothill wine region and onto the Adriatic Sea. The home of carpaccio, risotto and polenta and so much more – we’ll save the seafood recipe for a surprise~it’s all about what’s fresh this day!
